Here you’ll find answers to questions about NewAge’s ordering process that are frequently posed to our Sales Team.
Can you send me a catalog?
Our products can be viewed quickest on our Web site. We no longer publish all of our products in a single catalog. Individual catalogs for PVC, Polyurethane, Silicone, Fluoropolymer, Semi-Rigid, Rubber, and Custom tubing and hose can be downloaded, as well as those for Barbed Fittings & Clamps and Push-to-Connect Fittings. Printed versions are available upon request. Visit our Information Request Page for PDF downloads and printed copies by mail.
Can I get a sample of (name of product)? NewAge has a fairly liberal sample policy and will send short lengths of tubing or hose for your inspection. Most samples ship within 24 hours. Contact us with your request.
Can you give me a price for (name of product)? Sure. Tell us the quantity and part number, or material and size you need, for a competitive price quote.
What’s your minimum order? $100.00 net invoice in U.S. dollars; $500.00 net invoice in U.S. dollars for sales outside North America.
Do you accept blanket orders? Blanket ordersthose that are normally placed using one purchase order that covers a specific amount of product and/or time frameare accepted and often preferred in the case of large orders. Blanket orders allow us to keep adequate stock and to ship your order in a timely fashion. They also eliminate paperwork and extra time involving repeat orders.
Can I place my order through your web site? No, not at this time. We find that it is most efficient to speak/communicate with customers about their application in order to select the best product and avoid returns.
Can I check the status of an order?
Certainly. A Customer Service Representative can check on the production of your order, tell you whether it has shipped, and/or provide shipment tracking information.
Can I get a copy of my invoice? Of course. Please provide a Customer Service Representative with the invoice number, your purchase order number, or other identifying information (type of product ordered, date or order).
Do you offer open terms?
Yesnet 30 days on open account, subject to approval.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. NewAge Industries accepts VISA®, MasterCard®, and American Express.
