THREE VARIATIONS OF VERSATILE SPIRAL-REINFORCED PVC HOSE

Southampton, PA — NewAge Industries offers NEWFLEX® spiral-reinforced PVC hose for both pressure and vacuum use. Applications include food and beverage handling, general fluid suction and discharge, chemical transfer, irrigation lines, mining pumps, hopper feeder lines, pneumatic conveyance of granular materials, slurry handling, and more. Light, standard, and heavy duty versions of the hose are stocked for immediate delivery. NEWFLEX is constructed of 100% corrosion-resistant PVC. The hard PVC spiral reinforcement makes the hose resistant to crushing and kinking yet enables NEWFLEX to remain flexible. NEWFLEX’s reinforcement is constructed within the walls of the hose or on the outside surface, depending on style, allowing the interior to remain smooth for maximum flow and easy cleaning. The hose is lighter in weight than standard ply-wrapped rubber hose, and NEWFLEX is transparent to allow visual contact with the flow. Standard and heavy duty NEWFLEX are available in food grade, with non-toxic ingredients conforming to FDA and 3A standards (heavy duty is also available in industrial grade). Standard and heavy duty offer a vacuum rating of 28 in./Hg. Industrial grade, light duty NEWFLEX can handle low pressure discharge, gravity feed, and moderate vacuum applications. Sizes range from 3/8” I.D. (light duty) to 4” I.D. (standard and heavy duty). We also offer several styles of connectors and clamps to accompany NEWFLEX.
