TRANSPARENT PVC TUBING FOR USE WITH FUELS & OILS NOW AVAILABLE

Southampton, PA — NewAge Industries now offers CLEARFLO® FUEL & OIL, a unique grade of PVC tubing specially manufactured to remain flexible when used to transfer various fuels and oils. The special tubing helps extend the life of the products in which it is used, reducing breakdowns and maintenance. Industries that benefit from CLEARFLO FUEL & OIL tubing include chemical, industrial, aviation, recreational, automotive, aerospace, appliance, and many others. PVC is a desirable tubing material in many applications because it helps keep costs at a minimum. But in fuel and oil applications, standard PVC tubing becomes hard, stiff, and inflexible after periods of intermittent use. With CLEARFLO FUEL & OIL, hardening of the tubing is greatly reduced, thereby reducing premature failures. Fuels and oils, as well as petroleum-based chemicals, gases, and other liquids, can be transferred easily through the smooth interior surface of the special grade tubing without adverse affects. Manufactured in a visible transparent yellow color, CLEARFLO FUEL & OIL is easily distinguishable from clear, standard PVC tubing. The product is offered from stock in five sizes ranging from 1/8” to 1/2” I.D. in standard 100 foot coils. Temperature use ranges from -20°F to 175°F (although in-plant testing is highly recommended). Custom options, such as other distinct colors, printing, striping, and more, are available.
