NEW DESIGN FOR NEWAGE® INDUSTRIES’ PURELOC® PFA FITTINGS

Southampton, PA — Now available from NewAge Industries is a new design of our molded PFA compression fittings, PURELOC. Easy to disconnect and reuse, PURELOC fittings are precision molded to exacting tolerances from chemically-inert PFA. Industries that utilize PURELOC fittings include medical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, biomedical, chromatography, food and beverage, semiconductor manufacturing, and chemical. The fittings mate well with PFA tubing (also available from NewAge Industries) to form a contamination-free system for fluid applications. Each PURELOC compression fitting consists of four parts: body, nut, ferrule, and gripper. The gripper, made of carbon-filled Tefzel®, is black in color and easily seen through the other three translucent parts. PURELOC’s see-through construction helps assure that the fitting is properly installed. The new nut design offers both a textured surface suitable for hand tightening and a separate surface designed to be wrench tightened for a more secure fit. PURELOC fittings provide excellent leak-proof connections with no flow restrictions. They can be disconnected and reused, saving you replacement costs. Stocked styles include elbows, tees, adapters, connectors, and bulkhead unions. Male, female, and reducing style options are available. Sizes range from 1/8” to 3/4” tube O.D.
