UREBRADE® REINFORCED POLYURETHANE HOSE NOW OFFERED IN BLACK COLOR AT REDUCED COST

Southampton, PA — New from NewAge® Industries is BLACK UREBRADE braid-reinforced, ether-based polyurethane hose. This durable hose is naturally flexible and an excellent choice for many industrial applications. While polyurethane is by nature resistant to weathering and U.V. rays, the opaque black color further aids in its resistance, making it a good material for outdoor use. BLACK UREBRADE is offered at a lower cost than the product’s transparent version. Our manufacturing engineers developed BLACK UREBRADE to give you another selection when tough polyurethane hose is called for. The black color is appropriate when there is no need to view the flow inside the hose, and it’s a less-costly alternative. The opaque black color also helps conceal dirt and grime. BLACK UREBRADE retains all of the properties offered by transparent UREBRADE, with the exception of its see-through transparency. The reinforcing braid, incorporated within the wall of ether-based polyurethane, allows for higher pressure capabilities than unreinforced tubing, while its smooth interior surface permits the unobstructed flow of fluids, gases, and granular materials. BLACK UREBRADE is resistant to attack from moisture and fungi. It resists oils, fuels, and greases, as well as abrasion, impact, and tearing. BLACK UREBRADE does not contain plasticizer, an ingredient used in various plastic materials to make them more flexible. Plasticizer can leach out, causing hardening of the hose or contamination. BLACK UREBRADE is naturally flexible. BLACK UREBRADE is stocked in five popular sizes, from 1/4” I.D. to 3/4” I.D. (custom sizes upon request) and offers a temperature use between -90°F to 175°F. For applications where purity of the flow is important, transparent UREBRADE, which is listed by the National Sanitation Foundation for use with potable water (NSF 61), is also available from stock.
