Southampton, PA — After careful planning and preparation, tubing and hose manufacturer NewAge Industries, Inc. proudly announces the launch of its new division, AdvantaPure, on January 1, 2002. Developed to manufacture products for pharmaceutical, biomedical, and other clean applications, AdvantaPure is devoted to meeting the unique challenges presented by these markets. AdvantaPure is a natural development for NewAge Industries due to the company's long-term interest in silicones and fluoropolymers and its focus on high-quality products. The new division is designed to fill a gap in the biomedical and pharmaceutical hose, tubing, and hose assembly marketplace, with a team of experienced personnel ready to assist customers and prospects with their engineering and application questions, quality concerns, and delivery issues. In preparation for AdvantaPure, NewAge Industries improved its state-of-the-art manufacturing center with a Class 1000 clean room. NewAge also constructed a low-particulate-level, white room storage area, where each finished product is kept in its own easy-to-store white box. A separate room, dedicated to the fabrication, testing, and packaging of hose assemblies, was created as well. In addition to hose assemblies, the AdvantaPure product line consists of variations of platinum-cured silicone tubing and hose; PTFE hose with stainless steel or polypropylene overbraiding; rubber-covered FEP hose; and sanitary fittings. Products offer USP Class VI, FDA, ISO, and/or 3A validations, and lot number traceability. Great care is taken to ensure that products are top-quality, with visual and instrument inspections performed on a scheduled basis. Each length of tubing or hose is sealed in a polybag following its manufacture and comes complete with a certificate of compliance. Comprehensive validation packages — separate certificates for the product's FDA, ISO, and USP compliance — are available.
