Clearflo’s material meets a useful combination of industry standards. Its non-toxic ingredients conform to FDA, 3A, and USP Class VI standards, and the tubing is listed by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF 51). It imparts no taste or odor to products in contact with it, and its mirror-smooth surface provides outstanding flow characteristics, preventing the lodging of bacteria and sediment buildup.

Lightweight yet tough and abrasion resistant, Clearflo is as flexible as similarly-sized rubber tubing. It will withstand most oxidizing and reducing agents, and diluted acids and alkalies have little effect. For clean applications, Clearflo may be flushed and sanitized and/or autoclaved. Clearflo is stocked in 56 sizes, ranging from 1/16” through 4” I.D., and handles temperatures between -40°F (-40°C) and 175°F (79.4°C). For applications that do not need the strict material requirements of standard Clearflo, two other versions are also stocked: a special Fuel and Oil grade, formulated to prevent tube hardening in petroleum applications, and less-expensive Industrial grade for non-critical uses. Custom options for all variations of Clearflo include other sizes, colors, cut lengths, heat-formed shapes, overbraiding, thermal tube bonding, and other durometers.
