Southampton, PA — Now offered by NewAge® Industries, Inc., is Nylobrade® Push-On Hose, specially designed for use without hose clamps. Its particular blend of materials enables the hose to attach to push-on style barbed fittings easily and securely. Nylobrade Push-On Hose is used for air and fluid transfer in various applications, such as processing, feed and discharge, supply lines, equipment components, manufacturing facilities, and more.
A combination of nitrile rubber and PVC, reinforced with polyester braid, are used in the construction of Nylobrade Push-On Hose. The special design allows the hose to work with push-on style fittings without the need of clamps (up to 200 psi at 70°F*). This offers quick installation and no protruding clamp parts to get in the way of operations.
The hose’s black-colored, non-marking cover resists U.V., ozone, and abrasion. It offers cold temperature flexibility and is electrically non-conductive. Nylobrade Push-On Hose is lighter in weight than all-rubber, push-on style hose, making it easier to handle and maneuver.
Nylobrade Push-On Hose is available from stock in six sizes ranging from 1/4” to 3/4” I.D. The standard color is opaque black, although other colors are available. Custom services, such as cut lengths, hose-to-hose bonding, and heat-formed shapes, are also offered.
*Nylobrade Push-On Hose may also be used with clamps for higher pressure and temperature applications.
