NewAge Industries Creates New Product Management Department to Address Company Growth — Experienced Personnel Fill Positions

Southampton, PA — NewAge® Industries, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointments of John Stover as Director of Product Management and David Schwass as Director of Sales. The personnel changes, prompted by the creation of a new Product Management department, will help meet the growing needs of the company and its AdvantaPure division. NewAge’s tubing and hose products are used in many different markets such as appliance, medical, food and beverage, laboratory, chemical, general industrial, recreational vehicles and equipment, packaging, maintenance, and others, while the AdvantaPure group focuses on the pharmaceutical, biomedical, and other clean-application industries.
 John Stover will head the newly created Product Management department and be responsible for maintaining all product data and specifications and for new product development and testing. His duties will involve both the NewAge Industries and AdvantaPure product lines. With over 25 years experience in the plastics and rubber industry (most of it with NewAge), Stover has the technical expertise and understanding to manage these critical responsibilities. He most recently held the company’s Director of Sales position.
 David Schwass, who has held various sales positions within the corporation over a 21-year period, fills the Director of Sales role vacated by Stover. In his new function, Schwass will oversee all sales staff and work closely with the company’s network of distributors. Because of his previous job responsibilities, which include his most recent as Regional Sales Manager for the AdvantaPure group, Schwass has a thorough knowledge of tubing, hose, fittings, molded components, assemblies, and custom products.
