Ken Baker

Ken Baker is CEO of NewAge Industries, Founder of the Baker Center of Excellence for employee ownership at Montgomery County Community College Foundation, and Co-founder and Chairman of the Pennsylvania Center for Employee Ownership. Baker has dedicated his career to developing advanced high-purity fluid transfer systems; innovating the use of RFID technology for the pharma, biotech, and medical device industries; and supporting his community through education and guidance on employee ownership. He is a passionate advocate for the ESOP structure and culture as the leader of a 100% employee-owned company.

Lisa Wyman

Lisa Wyman is a biopharmaceutical executive with more than twenty years of experience in the areas of biologics, small molecule technology, cell and gene therapy, and medical devices. Wyman currently serves as Senior Vice President at Generate Biomedicines and specializes in business strategy, employee engagement, corporate governance, and business continuity planning. Her professional background includes leadership positions in drug development and manufacturing, supply chain, quality and regulatory compliance, and engineering. Wyman holds a Master of Science degree in engineering management from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Ithaca College.

Andreas Georghiou

Andreas Georghiou has extensive leadership experience from previous roles as the CEO of a network service and equipment provider and as a Chief Commercial Officer, senior vice president, and director at various organizations. In addition to serving on the NewAge Industries Board of Directors, Georghiou consults with companies on strategic planning and reorganization and offers guidance on ESOP efforts, organizational governance, and startup success. He holds a Master of Science degree in operations research from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in statistics, economics, and mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Anthony Green, PhD

Dr. Anthony Green is the Chief Scientific Officer of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania and possesses more than thirty years of experience in the biotechnology industry. Green has worked with several emerging companies focused on the development and commercialization of cutting-edge technologies in immunodiagnostics, monoclonal antibodies, and gene transfer technologies. He holds a PhD in microbiology and immunology from Temple University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in immunology from Brown University.

Terry Hisey

Terry Hisey is an accomplished life science and healthcare advisor and thought leader with more than thirty years of experience helping executive leaders and boards improve organizational performance, inform corporate strategy, and accelerate business outcomes. Hisey has held leadership positions at several global consulting firms and technology companies, including Vice Chairman and National Leader of Deloitte’s life sciences practice. He holds a Master of Science in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Penn State University. Hisey is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Board Director Leadership Governance Program from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
