Compression Fittings
With a fitting body made from virgin, high purity PFA fluoropolymer, NewAge’s compression fittings are ideal for ultra-pure fluid applications where contamination-free systems are used. This includes semiconductor manufacturing, food and beverage processing, medical and biomedical, laboratory, chromatography equipment, and chemical applications. The gripper coupled with the precision-made ferrule provides excellent leak-tight connections and prevents tubing blow-out.
Pureloc® compression fittings are made from durable PFA fluoropolymer and work best with rigid and semi-rigid tubing made from materials like fluoropolymer, nylon, polyethylene, and polypropylene. Pureloc is a multi-part fitting that works by compressing, or squeezing, the O.D. of the tubing.
In general, compression fittings offer superior sealing characteristics over push-to-connect fittings but are more complicated to install. Each Pureloc fitting is supplied with installation instructions. See our installation video for an overview.
